Members of the startrescue.co.uk team came to work with an extra spring in their step today, as they brought in cakes and other goodies for a coffee morning.

But this was no ordinary coffee morning. Staff from our Colchester and Sudbury offices got together to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support – as part of the charity's World's Biggest Coffee Morning.

Coming together for the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning is part of startrescue.co.uk's continued fundraising activities for MacMillan Cancer Support.

Helping those affected by cancer

With one in two UK residents born after 1960 expected to develop some type of cancer in their lifetimes, the disease impacts virtually everyone in the country. Macmillan Cancer Support has been helping those affected by cancer for more than 100 years.

The charity provides specialist health care, information and financial support to those affected by the disease.

50p in every policy

In our ongoing efforts to fundraise for Macmillan Cancer Support, startrescue.co.uk is also giving 50p (including VAT) from every roadside recovery policy sold directly through the website to the charity. This donation is being made on an ongoing basis.
